Another major influence on our Coaching Model is the use of the work of the late Dr Will Schutz who, over 40 years ago, introduced the world to a theory of interpersonal relations called the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO). He developed FIRO Element B, which is a psychometric instrument that provides feedback on the behavioural aspects of human interaction.
