This uses work-based action research and action learning methods in a structured and rigorous way. The accredited programmes are appropriate for experienced managers, leaders, technical specialists and professionals. There are 2 Routes available:

The Action Projects are based on two key components:
The focus in the assessment criteria is upon outputs, in other words, what is the impact of a participant’s action on their management / leadership / professional practice and on their organisation. This is different to assessing inputs such as knowledge and ability to recall theory. In this approach it is what you actually do that is key, together with the learning and development derived from reflecting on your actions. All of the above qualifications are awarded by Kingston University, London.
