Leadership in Action Programme
For organisations wanting an internal, non-accredited programme we offer
the Leadership in Action Programme.
The Leadership in Action Programme uses DCA’s ABD
Model (Action Based Development ). This involves participants undertaking
Action Projects which are based on tackling key challenges /
issues identified by participants from within their own organisations
and are based on those issues that are seen as critical to the future
of the business, organisation, service or profession.
This programme is highly flexible in its duration ( from
3, 6 , 9 or 12 months) depending on the needs of an organization. It can
be used in its own right or can complement and integrate with existing
internal management / leadership development programmes.
The Leadership in Action Programme incorporates the ABD
principles and involves using the following elements;
